Finesse is a painting depicting a ruby-throated hummingbird. These creatures employ such delicacy and tact as they flit from flower to flower without disturbing much. As a lumbering, occasionally bipedal, ground-mammal, I struggle to find such grace as I move around this world. I’m immediately frozen in awe anytime I’m lucky to observe one. Perhaps this fascination is aspirational? What’s one of your favorite animals? What could you learn from it?
